Truffle Scrambled Lobster Croissant — $43
Shaved black truffle, scrambled eggs with lobster meat, sautéed mushrooms and fennel mint herb salad, served on a plain croissant.
Truffle Gnocchi — $41
Shaved black truffle with fresh gnocchi, mixed mushrooms, slices of prosciutto, garlic cream, parsley and shaved Pecorino.
Truffle Crab & Prawn Linguine — $43
Sliced black truffle, sautéed prawns, garlic chilli crab, stracciatella cheese, roasted hazelnuts, fresh parsley, chilli oil, sage and lemon pangrattato.
Truffle Pistachio French Toast — $37
House-made pistachio cream with raspberries, truffle maple syrup, vanilla ice cream and shaved black truffle.
